Who We Are

At Berry and Berry, PLLC we are attorneys focused on the representation of government contractors, military personnel and federal employees who have questions or are in need of legal representation in the security clearance process. We take each case seriously and handle it with care and compassion. Our goal is to treat clients how we would like to be treated in a security clearance case. Every client is equally important to us. We know that the security clearance process can often be stressful and difficult for employees and work with you to prepare for or to resolve your security clearance issues.

Nationwide Legal Representation

We are located in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area but represent security clearance holders nationwide. The number of law firms and attorneys that actually practice security clearance law is fairly small because the federal and intelligence agencies that make the ultimate final decisions in security clearance cases are headquartered in the Washington, D.C. area.

Hearings often take place across the United States so we have designed our law practice to be able to represent individuals where their hearings are held. We are honored to represent security clearance holders and applicants in person across the country and abroad.
